I love it when I walk into a store, cafe or the like and I’m immediately greeted. And if that fabulous greeting comes with a smile and a fantastic level of authenticity, I’m loving it.
If a business can consistently deliver a nice greeting to every customer that walks through the door, achieving $$$ success through delivering great service is on its way. They keys are to do it and do it all of the time.
